If you are encountering difficulties logging in on your UNAIDS computer, try the following suggestions.

Are you typing the correct password?

Check the LAN (network) cable: disconnect the cable and then reconnect it.

Change the keyboard language layout.

 Switch off your computer, wait for a couple of minutes before switching back on. Try to login again.


 If the above actions do not solve the problem, contact GSD. If you are in Geneva, give your room number. If you are in a regional/field office, GSD will contact the local IT proximity to assist you further.
